The renovation of the coverage is proposed by an sculptural element that at the same time covers the space in a flexible way, guarantees rearrangement possibilities (physical and economic) and improves spatial feeling ensuring full accessibility and highlighting the Church of San Anton. The proposal main objectives:

2-Creating a cover element, powerful but neutral.
3-Creating a versatile space> 1 place, 3 places.

Architectural design and use plan approaches with multiple views: Territorial, with the implementation of uses of territorial range linked to the natural surroundings/ Municipal, as new gate to Chiclana open spaces and facilities as well as gate to the economic and sporting complementary activities to seasonal tourism/ Local, by developing the area with a new image and relationship with the sea, Pedestrianisation and differentiation of spaces of centrality. The Plan of uses committed to: 1. Enhance the cultural historical interest of the ancient Marine village by the recovery of assets, the morphological structure, profile, landscape and the implementation of cultural uses. 2. Incorporate related uses linked to the Natural Park of Cadiz Bay and its landscapes 3. Strengthen the location, touristic maturity, commercial activities, catering and leisure.

The project organizes the area through the dialogue with its surrounding. Singularization of space is proposed by the configuration of three different areas: central square, city park and building (equipment + economic activity) that together structure pedestrian routes and provide functionality to the projected area. In contrast to the current situation ground continuity is taken as a basic element of urban space. Volumetry proposed consists of three pieces that allow differentiated approaches from the two facades and ensures that despite being a large building volume is displayed attentive to every of the peculiarities of the surrounding, also facilitating the management, development and flexibility of the futur use. The engagement with the city, and not the building, is the real protagonist.

The proposal suggests the extension of the city of Jaca thinking from a triple point of view: The city and its extension: the main aim is to extend the street, overcoming the topographical and urban cut between the historic center and the highlands of the new urban development . The city, the whole and its parts: the chains of different walks equipped with activities structures and organizes the new residential growth; one stair building is the link between the lowest point of the city and the new extension. The identity, structure and skin: against the dispersion that often causes low density, the proposal recovers value of urban street as a reference. The idea of typological cocktail allows building a social mix while prolonging activities that generate urbanity. Two elements provide the rules of construction of the city.

The proposal focuses on the relationship established between the various centers that have been manifested in the area over time, complemented by the speech always present between vertical and horizontal and between town and country. The strategy identifies three scales associated with the three types of project that will build this new center: 1. The district level that provides the infrastructure for accessibility and parking 2. Municipal level associated with the urban project for the construction of collective space and incorporation of new services and architectural typologies integrated into the landscape. 3. Site scale seeks thought the urbanization project a new image and the pedestrianisation of the linear urban space along the road. | Second prize.

Rubí Master Plan review restructures the city based on the current assets and the incorporation of new ones. The basis of the new model are three. City model, qualify and diversify. Growth model: compacting the existing urban area, restructuring and increasing building density. Economic model: maintenance of industrial heritage and densification of existing built area. The plan includes proposals for intervention, transformation and reorganization of the existing urban space, called opportunity areas. Assembly all should be able to set up new future reference spaces for Ruby. Regional plan of La Palma Island is the instrument of management of natural, urban and regional resources of the island that defines the model of organization and use of territory to ensure its sustainable development. Sustainability is taken as a general premise for defining the territorial model based on the following principles: the Island as a reference unit, natural and environmental values as a resource, agriculture as reference for economic and social issues, local people as the protagonist, infrastructure as service and support to the economic activities, promoting public transport and equipment, network of urban centers and tourism as an option for the future. | Final Approval

Regional Plan of Alt Penedès is part of the Metropolitan Plan of Barcelona. The singularities of the region made it advisable to write this plan separately but in coordination to later be integrated. The aim of the Master Plan is to ensure the development of the territory in the most efficient and sustainable way, contributing by an overview criteria to combine growth expectations at different levels: human, industrial, urbanistic, infrastructure, etc, with the preservation of the environmental values of the region: natural areas, landscape of vineyards, biological corridors, etc. The structure of the territory is defined from three basic systems: the system of open spaces, the system of urban settlements and infrastructure system. | Final Approval
